Promising to be by her side - Manju Saha of Katiahat leads a very difficult life. The meagre income that her husband brings through daily labour work is not sufficient to feed her 4 children. Education and better living are simply far-flung dreams for her. However, she is full of hope that if given an opportunity, she’ll be able to make a difference. WeGrow looks forward to holding her hand and help her take the baby steps towards a better life.

Setting the stage for mainstreaming - WeGrow targeted those women who lack the collateral, credit history, or other assets to enter the formal financial system. It was really a sorry state for those women who wanted to live a life with dignity. A basic profiling exercise for these target clients was carried out and around 1800 women were covered. In the coming years, WeGrow dreams to gift a smile to all of them.
